Town Health Medical & Dental Services Ltd Hiring! Full Time Manager, Government Affairs in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Lead participation in all government-subsidized schemes and PPP programs, including enrolment, compliance, reporting, and reimbursement.
• Develop strategies to boost patient enrolment and scheme utilization across the network.
• Identify new government tenders, pilots, or partnerships to expand the role in primary healthcare.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, IT, and operation teams for smooth scheme integration.
• Support staff training and internal communication on government programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders to advocate for the Group and monitor policy changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in government affairs, policy, regulatory, or scheme management.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong’s primary healthcare policies, subsidized schemes, and PPP frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and project skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently under pressure.
