HGC Global Communications Limited Hiring! Full Time Solution Consultant- Engineer (Pre-sales) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Provide network and/or application solution selling to customers
• Deliver technical pre‑sales support and solution consultation
• Collect user requirements, establish solution design and present proposed solutions to customers
• Liaise with customers as well as internal and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of network services

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or Degree holder in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in a pre-sales role
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, telecom services, and network solutions
• Experience with CPE configuration is preferred
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routers and switches, optical networks, and UC networks
• Professional certifications (MCSE, CCNP, CCNA, ITIL, etc.) are an advantage
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Solution Consultant position
