Who Are We Looking For:

We are looking for a person who has at least 2 years’ coding experience as a Senior Software Engineer. You will be responsible for developing RESTful API and any software components in the MIMS Web Services Ecosystem using Microsoft Technology Stack.

What Skills and Experience You Will Bring:

1- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

2- C# programming skills which you must have solid hands-on experience of the following:

• OOP (inheritance, polymorphism), Async Programming, Reflection, LINQ, Generics, Threading, Delegates, Dynamic Type, Exception Handling, Regex, *************, Parallel Programming, System.IO, System.Xml, System.Web, C# v1 to C# v9.

3- ASP.NET Core skills which you must have solid hands-on experience of the following:

• ASP.NET Pipeline, Web API, Environments, Dependency Injection, Logging, Configuration, Http Context, Routing, Authentication & Authorization, Filters, Middleware, Hosting.

4- ORM skills which you have solid hands-on experience using either of the following libraries:

• Dapper (preferred), Entity Framework

5- Database programming skills which you must have solid hands-on experience of the following:

• T-SQL, Stored Procedure, Schema, View, Function, CTE as well as solid understanding of database technics such as 3NF, profiling, pagination, indexing.

6- Git skills which you must have solid hands-on experience of the following:

• clone, pull, push, merge, rebase, PR management and branching strategy such as Gitflow workflow or Trunk-based workflow.

7- Azure skills which you must have solid hands-on experience of the following:

• API Management Service, App Service, Function App, WebJobs, Event Hubs Namespace, SQL Database, Storage Account.

8- Experience in developing, delivering, maintaining and supporting at least one commercial RESTful API product.

9- Solid hands-on experience using development tools such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, SSMS, dotnet CLI, Azure CLI, Git CLI, Azure Portal.

Technical Skills (Nice to have):

• Azure skills: AKS, Container Registry, Virtual Machine, Virtual Network.
• Azure DevOps skills: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Software Testing skills: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing, E2E Testing.
• Web Application Development using either Razor or Blazor.
