About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive client engagement, retention, and trading activity. This role focuses on managing new and existing clients, reactivating dormant accounts, and maximizing long-term client value.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and trading activity
• Analyze client behavior to identify opportunities for increased engagement, deposits, and trading volume
• Proactively re-engage inactive or dormant clients
• Keep clients informed of promotions, campaigns, and market updates
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams on retention strategies
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Achieve KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and client activity

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Retention, Sales, or Account Management
• Experience in Forex or financial services is an advantage
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
• Analytical and results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
