Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team and support customer outreach and engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in client interaction, sales support, and business operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Support lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to customer service, sales, or calling roles (through internships, part-time work, or academic projects)
• Basic understanding of sales processes or business operations
• Good interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
