Senior/ Business Development Executive (Aesthetic)

• 5 days work week Office hours

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective sales strategies for medical aesthetic devices to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Deliver product demonstrations highlighting the features, benefits, and value of medical aesthetic equipment
• Educate clients by providing detailed product information, including proper usage guidelines and safety measures
• Identify prospective customers and drive new business development opportunities
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and generate leads
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and components, while addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales representative in the medical industry
• Knowledge of medical aesthetic equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills building rapport with clinic assistants and therapists
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
