Job Description

Responsibilities

Intern - End User Support & Automation (July - Dec 2026)


Embark on an enriching internship as an End-user Support & Automation Intern within the Skills Centre team. Learn on the job, tackle real-world challenges, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and contribute to improving operational efficiency and user experience.


Your main tasks:

  • Provide day-to-day end-user helpdesk support by troubleshooting system issues via the ticketing system and live assistance.
  • Monitor incoming tickets and contribute to timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Solutions Experts and IT Business Partners to document recurring problems and validated solutions.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support implementation of end-to-end processes.
  • Maintain and update solution documentation and user guides, preparing content for chatbot use.
  • Build simple automation scripts or workflows to streamline support processes.


You Have:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge in Excel/VBA.
  • Knowledge of Python Programming or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
