Role Overview

You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, support reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will help translate business needs into structured insights and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Requirements & Documentation

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Analyze workflows, systems, and operational processes
• Assist in creating SOPs, process maps, and documentation
• Support requirement clarification with stakeholders
• Help translate business needs into structured solutions

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance summaries
• Track KPIs and operational metrics
• Support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reports

️ Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes
• Support automation and optimization initiatives
• Assist in testing and validating solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Help improve workflow efficiency across teams

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business, IT, finance, and operations teams
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions
• Coordinate between technical and non-technical teams

Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile or project tools is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
