Snapshot of the Role

Join our Marketing team for QL Resources Berhad based at HQ Shah Alam and play a key role in building brand visibility, driving sales growth, and strengthening market presence across retail and eCommerce channels.


As a Brand Executive / Senior Brand Executive, you will support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, promotions, content initiatives, and performance tracking. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will help ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, aligned with QL Eggs brand direction, and supported by meaningful market insights.


What You’ll Be Driven To Do

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives, while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage social media activities, including content calendar planning, creative coordination, performance monitoring, and influencer/KOL engagement.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis by tracking campaigns, pricing, consumer trends, and category movements to generate actionable insights.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, prepare reports, and analyse performance results to support continuous optimisation.
  • Assist in managing eCommerce campaigns, promotions, product listings, and platform performance to improve sales conversion.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, agencies, and external partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field, with relevant experience in brand or marketing roles.
  • For Brand Executive, candidates with 1–3 years’ experience are preferred, while strong fresh graduates with internship exposure may also be considered. For Senior Brand Executive, you should have >3–5 years’ relevant experience and be confident in managing campaigns independently.
  • To thrive in this role, you should be organised, creative, analytical, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, digital marketing, social media, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva skills are important.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and eCommerce platforms will be an added advantage.
