Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, manage Social Media Optimization (SMO), create and curate compelling content, and monitor engagement metrics. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage diverse audiences
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Analytical skills for tracking, measuring, and optimizing social media performance
• Familiarity with social media tools, platforms, and trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with international or cross-cultural audiences is a plus
