Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Logistics market. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and needs.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized logistics solutions and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements.
Market Analysis: Analyze competitors and market conditions to identify potential gaps and opportunities. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions for clients.
Requirement:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in sales within the logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
