Human Resources Executive

Location: Thomson (Head Office – The Omoté Asia Group)

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Level: Executive

About the Role

As a Human Resources Executive at The Omoté Asia Group (OAG), you will support and strengthen our growing team across multiple F&B brands. This role blends HR operations and people engagement; from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee experience. You’ll work closely with department heads to ensure our teams remain motivated, compliant, and aligned with OAG’s culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from job postings and shortlisting to interviews and offer issuance.

Coordinate with brand leads and outlet managers to forecast manpower needs and maintain a healthy hiring pipeline.

Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and ensure smooth new-hire integration.

2. HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and medical documentation.

Handle MOM submissions, CPF matters, and HR compliance in line with Singapore labor regulations.

Support work pass applications and renewals where required.

3. Employee Relations & Performance

Assist in conducting probation reviews and bi-annual performance appraisals with department heads.

Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture across all brands.

4. Training & Development

Coordinate internal training sessions and skill development programs.

Track completion and effectiveness of training to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration (F&B or retail preferred).

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software or cloud-based systems is a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to thrive in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Why Join Us

Join a growing hospitality group that values both performance and people. You’ll gain exposure across multiple brands, build HR systems from the ground up, and work directly with senior management to shape our company culture as we expand regionally.
