Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and compensation systems
- Handle HR administration and related documentation
- Plan and optimize the company’s human resource structure and processes
- Assess departmental operations, employee performance, and salary structures
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee management
- Coordinate and improve internal HR systems and operational efficiency
- Assist management in organizational planning and process improvement

Job Requirements
- Relevant HR experience in the construction or semiconductor industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and compensation systems
- Good organizational, leadership, and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Outgoing personality with strong management and communication abilities
