Responsibilities

Job Summary

Support and coordinate food operations, HR, and administrative functions to ensure efficient daily workflows, compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and effective resource management in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily food preparation, kitchen activities, and service support to ensure smooth operational flow
  • Monitor and enforce hygiene standards, food safety protocols, and workplace compliance to maintain a safe environment
  • Analyze operational efficiency and recommend improvements to processes, policies, and internal procedures
  • Prepare, update, and maintain operational, administrative, and inventory reports for management review
  • Participate actively in operational and management meetings to contribute insights and support decision-making
  • Assist management in planning operations, budgeting, and implementing cost control measures
  • Maintain and update company policies and standard operating procedures to reflect current practices
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and training of operational and administrative staff to build a capable workforce
  • Delegate and coordinate daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Create and maintain accurate personnel records and employee files for compliance and reference
  • Monitor staffing schedules and manpower needs to optimize resource allocation
  • Coordinate inventory tracking, communicate with suppliers, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess
  • Maintain departmental databases, records, and filing systems for organized information management
  • Perform clerical accounting and general administrative duties to support business operations
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth daily operations and resolve issues promptly
  • Build and sustain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance collaboration
  • Support overall business operations by ensuring efficient office and operational administration
