Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to HR executives
Organize, compile, and maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in processing SOCSO and insurance claims
Update and manage HR databases (new hires, resignations, leave records, disciplinary actions, etc.)
Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information
Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Prepare reports for senior management
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of HR processes and local labor regulations is an advantage
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Able to handle confidential information with integrity
