Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, network systems, and IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical problems, and support employees with efficient and timely solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.

  • Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, security, and backups.

  • Assist with user account management, email setup, and access permissions.

  • Support system upgrades, patches, and software updates.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, issues, and resolutions.

  • Coordinate with vendors or external service providers when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
