Responsibilities
Job Description
•Handling matters related to operations and Human Resource.
•Handle general administrative duties and clerical support.
•Verify documents, data key in & update accurately and timely.
•Prepare and review staff payroll.
•Review and implement HR procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure compliances and effectiveness on timely basis.
•Support department operations including license renewal, payment submission.
•Liaise with government agencies whenever required.
•To organize and manage documents, record and filling for smooth data retrieving.
•Handle basis correspondence, documents and follow-up function
•In-charge for workers welfare
•Monitor staff and workers performance.
•Handle application, renewal, and tracking of all company licenses and permits.
•Liaise closely with relevant authorities (e.g. DOE, MITI, local councils, port authorities, etc.)
•Ensure full compliance with Malaysian regulatory requirements.
•Monitor license validity and ensure timely renewals to avoid operational disruption.
•Prepare and submit all required documentation for approvals.
•Coordinate with internal departments (operations, supply chain, finance) for required information.
•Customs-related matters (secondary scope):
*Support documentation or coordination only when licensing or regulatory matters involve Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
*Liaise with forwarding agents or customs officers when required
•Maintain proper filing and ensure all documents are audit-ready
Requirement:
•Diploma/Degree in Admin, HR, Management, Business, Logistics, Environmental, or related field.
•Minimum 2–5 years experience in:
*Licensing / permit application
*Government authority liaison
*Experience dealing with DOE, MITI, or local authorities is an advantage
•Candidates with hands-on experience in license application and dealing with government authorities will be prioritized.
•Familiarity with customs is a plus (not mandatory)
•Strong follow-up and coordination skills
•Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
