Do you enjoy working with children and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a Coordinator, where you’ll support both daily operations and weekend enrichment programmes, including coding and robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Enrichment classes
• Coordination with Centres and Parents on Admin, Sales or Finance matters
• Hit sales target
• Support centre operations, including student pick-up, dismissal, and coordination (If Required to be based at Centre)
• Assist form teachers with homework supervision, spelling practices/tests, and class activities (If Required to be based at Centre)

• A clear and professional communicator with a strong command of English and a second language to assist diverse customers.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate customer management systems and office software
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work on weekends
