About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled QAQC Engineer to join our manufacturing team at JoonHee Micron Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Selangor. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes and products, contributing to the overall success and growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

a) Manage group subordinates by supervise, monitor the activities engaged in quality jobs.

b) Prepare and implement of quality procedures and instructions.

c) Attend to customer complaints/queries and report to Manager.

d) Handle First Article Inspection (FAIR) during the initial submission to customer.

e) Review customer complaints to formulate procedure to eliminate future similar complaint.

e) Review new part specification and formulate the inspection standard.

f) Conduct training to subordinates as and when required.

g) Coordinate with production and other departments on quality related.

h) To arrange external calibration or verification for toolings, machines, instrument to ensure precision in line with standards.

i) To perform other duties from time to time upon requested by the superior

What we're looking for

Degree / Diploma in any field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a QAQC Engineer in the manufacturing

Proficiency in measuring equipment like CMM, Vision Scope, Profile Projector, Contracer and other measuring equipments

Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing will be an added advantage

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
