Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Draft and post engaging job ads across various platforms
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling and provide candidate feedback
Maintain accurate recruitment records i
