1. Assist the Incoming /Outgoing / in process quality control function according to the QA Organization chart requirements.
• Conduct product and process evaluations and technical reporting according to the QA organization chart requirements.
• Monitor and ensure the process parameter was follow by SPC and CPK data monitoring which is necessary.
• Perform first article inspections (FAI) and generate reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action for any non-conformities identified during the inspection process.
• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify opportunities for quality improvement and increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and ensure their effectiveness.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records.
• Ensure that all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, inspection records, and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
