JOB DESCRIPTION

Front Desk Officer (Teller)

1. Attend to customer request for money service business to send or receive money locally and or internationally.

2. Work with Person in Charge of branches to hold joint marketing for business at potential areas for remittance requirements as and when required.

3. Start day by setting up business readiness to operate at the Company counter by log in ID to WUPOS system and Accumax system.

4. Proceed and follow the company SOP for transaction compliance with customer at the branch counter.

5. Print transaction receipt to be signed by branch person and customer and balance all cash transaction, check report tally at end of the day and provide to Branch in Charge person to submit to HQ Operations Management.

6. Perform assigned duties as and when required by Branch in Charge person.
