HR Executive | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Talent Acquisition & People Operations

You will work closely with the team to ensure consistency, professionalism, and efficiency across the entire hiring process.

Role Focus

This role provides structured exposure to talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder communication within a fast-moving, professional environment.

The focus is on developing strong execution habits, communication discipline, and a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute candidate outreach and sourcing across multiple recruitment platforms
  • Conduct initial screening conversations and structured interviews (training provided)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and professional communication
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised recruitment pipeline tracking
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Work closely with the team to uphold hiring standards and operational consistency
