Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification – SPM.
Work experience will be an advantage but is not necessary.
School leavers are encouraged to apply. In-house training is provided.
Job Description:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, organizing documents and banking.
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting, sending and receiving mails and documents.
Maintaining files, issuance of invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts.
Taking and delivering messages.
Tracking, monitoring and ordering of office inventories/supplies.
Monitoring and arrange for upkeep of office premises and office equipment.
Assist in credit control.
Some accounting works, handling of petty cash, arrange for payments and claims.
Assisting in organising office events e.g. birthday cake cutting, annual dinner.
General administrative works.
