Responsibilities:
Assist Customer Service Assistant Manager/ Customer Service Manager to oversee overall daily operation needs of the customer service dept.
Attending to all customers enquiries professionally via email or phone calls and ensure to adhere to all company process and procedures
Achieving all KPI's set for the role as well as the department.
Ensure to communicate and collaborate with other departments and to ensure smooth operations are achieve for all shipments.
Provide relevant information and assist customers with problem solving
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the team lead / management
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Business Administration or equivalent.
Candidates with a minimum 2-3 years' customer service background in shipping or logistics would be required for this role.
A team player, good leadership, self-driven and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines with strong analytical and good communication skills.
Candd must be able to speaks and write good English.
Proficient in MS Office application
Must be prepared to learn new system applications.
