Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Assistant to support our daily administrative and accounting operations.
This position is suitable for candidates who are organized, careful with documents, and willing to learn. The candidate will assist in handling invoices, receipts, payment records, data entry, filing, and general office administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
Maintain proper filing of company records and documents
Assist in data entry and document checking
Prepare and update invoices, receipts, and payment records
Assist in recording sales, purchases, expenses, and payment transactions
Check customer orders, supplier invoices, and payment status
Assist in preparing basic reports when required
Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of admin or accounting work is preferred
Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer systems
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
