Job Summary

This full-time role supports financial and administrative functions by maintaining accounts, assisting with invoicing and payments, coordinating with service providers, and supporting HR and regulatory compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full set of company accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Assist in preparing and updating company management accounts for internal review
• Support invoicing processes and manage payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections
• Coordinate and communicate with outsourced service providers to facilitate smooth operations
• Assist with HR administrative tasks to support employee record keeping and related processes
• Support regulatory compliance activities by assisting with documentation and reporting requirements
