General admin
Job description:
We are a manufacturing company in Senai, Johor Malaysia seeking a motivated and reliable General Admin to support our administrative operations and help keep factory records accurate and up to date.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform general office and clerical duties
Maintain and organize documents, files, and records
Data entry and update reports
Assist with documentation and filing
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate with departments such as Production, Stores, and Accounts
Provide administrative support to supervisors and managers
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM / Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
Prior admin or clerk experience (advantageous but not compulsory)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
Alert, organized, with strong attention to detail
Able to work in a factory environment and handle routine reporting tasks
Good communication and teamwork attitude
