About the role

As a Pharmacist at IMedikel Pharmacy Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing medication counselling, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals.

Job Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and non-prescription medicines accurately according to regulations and doctors’ prescriptions

• Provide clear counselling to customers on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and safety

• Support patients with basic health advice and over-the-counter product recommendations

• Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines and Poisons Act requirements

• Manage inventory including ordering, stock check, expiry monitoring, and proper storage of medicines

• Maintain accurate dispensing records and patient confidentiality

• Deliver excellent customer service and promote a caring, community-focused pharmacy experience

• Support daily branch operations and assist pharmacy team as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (recognized by Pharmacy Board Malaysia)

• Registered Pharmacist with valid APC (Annual Practicing Certificate)

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• Responsible, ethical, and detail-oriented

• Able to work in retail/community pharmacy environment

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
