Job Title: Associate, Distribution Sales Support – Compensation

Job Duration: 12 months - highly renewable or convertible!

Salary: up to S$3,500 -5,000 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate in Distribution Sales Support – Compensation to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, support process improvements, and manage distributor-related requests within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ad hoc payment requests ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and automate working templates and reports using VBA and Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries and issues
• Participate in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required
• Process income statement requests from distributors within SLA
• Handle additional ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in distribution channel compensation or similar finance/accounting roles in the insurance industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA scripting and report automation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
• Ability to support process improvements and adapt to changing priorities
