Responsibilities
Assist Finance/Admin team in daily administrative tasks.
Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and document arrangement.
Assist in organizing invoices, payment records, and financial documents.
Support data entry and updating records accurately.
Answer and direct phone calls when required.
Assist in preparing and organizing documents for finance operations.
Support office operations and general clerical work.
Monitor and arrange office supplies when needed.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
