- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract agreements
- Monitor purchasing activities and ensure cost optimization
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulations
- Lead procurement teams and improve purchasing processes
Procurement Executive
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations for goods and services
- Process purchase orders and manage procurement documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and quality standards
- Track inventory levels and support purchasing activities
- Assist in vendor evaluation and procurement reporting
Logistics Supervisor
- Supervise daily logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations
- Coordinate shipment schedules and inventory movement
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory control
- Maintain compliance with safety and logistics procedures
- Support continuous improvement in logistics operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement/logistics software
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
- Leadership and team coordination skills are an advantage
