Handle documentation for new recruit
Assist in recruitment & payroll matters
Data entry & system updates
Manage proper filing & documentation for HRA dept
Manage stationeries purchase, storage & distributions
Assist in arranging for courier or document distributions on various channels
Assist in daily operations of the HRA department
Assist in office housekeeping and maintenance
Ad hoc tasks from time to time
