Key Responsibilities

Administrative :

• Support the smooth and efficient running of the centre
• Manage daily centre operations, including class scheduling and attendance tracking
• Handle student registrations
• Respond to parent enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email professionally
• Coordinate trial lessons, make-up classes, and class arrangements
• Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation
• Ensure classrooms and learning spaces are kept clean and tidy
• Sort, organise, and maintain robotics kits, tools, and learning materials

Robotics Trainer:

• Conduct coding and robotics classes for preschool, primary, and secondary students.
• Teach beginner-friendly robotics and coding concepts to children as young as 3 years old.
• Deliver robotics lessons using LEGO Education WeDo 2.0, SPIKE Essential, SPIKE Prime, and VEX Robotics.
• Guide students in building robots, coding projects, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor student progress and provide encouragement and constructive feedback.
• Maintain a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Support students in competitions, showcases, and internal projects when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching children aged 3 to 16 is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for working with young learners and inspiring interest in STEM.
• Creative, patient, and adaptable.

Working hours:

• 5-day work week (including weekends)

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
