As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state.
You will develop metrics to measure the transition and determine appropriate actions.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Intermediate proficiency in Change Management is required.
Beginner proficiency in Journey Management is recommended.
Additionally, beginner proficiency in Design & Build Enablement and Stakeholder Management is suggested.
Facilitate workshops to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
Create comprehensive change management plans that align with project goals.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes.
Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of adaptability.
