Job Responsibilities
- Responsible and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the estate
- Ensure compliance with all building statutory regulations and acts
- Observe and comply with the estate's house rules and bylaws
- Through regular checks and inspections, reivew and recommend repair / replacement / improvement works for the properties managed.
- To monitor the esate's agreements, licences, insurance, and term contractors' contract expiry for renewal
- Manage the procurement process involved in the eatates managed
- Tracking and monitoring repair and replacement works for regular updates / checks.
- Provide essential customer service support to the residents and owners
- Coordinate and attend Council Meetings and General Meetings
- To follow up on matters discussed / decided after meetings
- To prepare weekly / monthly estate's report including service providers' performance and feedback, owners' feedback, matter update and utilities' consumption etc
- Main proper records and file of correspondence and documents
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in property management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and committed to safety and compliance.
