Job Responsibilities

As an Assistant Engineer, you will support the technical team in delivering timely and high‑quality service to our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for security systems (CCTV, surveillance equipment, access control, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of systems and equipment.
• Provide follow‑up support and ensure customer satisfaction after service visits.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and update maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with Senior engineers and project teams when required.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE in Security System Technology or related field
• Strong troubleshooting and hands‑on technical skills.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is a plus.
