Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puchong for a Warranty Clerk. The Warranty Clerk will manage warranty processes, coordinate with customers to resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate documentation. Key responsibilities include reviewing warranty claims, maintaining detailed records, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves using computer systems to update information, track claims, and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of Warranty processes and ability to handle claims efficiently
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy for data entry, record-keeping, and software usage
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the technology industry is an advantage
- Ability to work with a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
