Work Location: Sunway HQ, Selangor
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (depending on experience)
Full-Time Position

We are looking for a responsible and organised HR Admin Executive to support daily HR operations and administrative functions.

• Handle employee records, attendance, and HR filing

• Assist in recruitment (posting jobs, arranging interviews)

• Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, and HR documents

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain leave records and staff database

• Support payroll preparation (basic data entry & checking)

• Assist in HR policies, SOP updates, and compliance

• Handle general office administration tasks

• Prepare weekly HQ reports

• Liaise with HQ to communicate updates, issues, and operational requirements effectively

• Ensure smooth daily operations

• 3–5 years experience in HR or admin role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Able to multitask and work independently
