Responsibilities
Tasks & responsibilities
Lead and maximize e-Commerce sales through digital marketplace across Malaysia & Singapore E-Commerce, Shopee, Lazada, & Tiktok and other collaborate partner platform.
Plan, strategize, manage campaigns, analyse cost benefit of upcoming new campaigns and maintain our sales to be in top ranking.
Enhance user online shopping experience, coherent user interface and navigation flow for brands & categories of products.
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly eCommerce sales and performance reports.
Track campaign effectiveness (GMV, CTR, AOV, Conversion Rate) and summarize key findings.
Work closely with marketing and operations to support stock planning and promotion analysis
Ensure day to day operations of e-Commerce marketplace - order fulfilment and 3PL provider and customer service.
Ensure stock synchronization with inventory management system.
Assist with ad hoc reporting and performance dashboards as needed.
Qualifications & experience
At least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in E-Commerce or equivalent with at least 1-2 years working experience in ecommerce field.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Creative abilities, highly motivated, detail-minded, well organized and able to handle multi-task and work under pressure.
Good social connections, resourceful, dynamic and self-starter.
