Job Description

  • Develop and strengthen the company’s presence in existing markets while identifying and expanding into new export markets.

  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint suitable distributors in alignment with company strategy and market potential.

  • Set sales targets for distributors and conduct regular business reviews to ensure achievement of sales objectives and sustained market growth.

  • Monitor monthly inventory levels and manage shipment of stocks to ensure optimal product availability and timely replenishment in assigned markets.

  • Manage assigned product brands to drive market share growth and ensure alignment with departmental objectives.

  • Provide marketing direction and support strategic marketing plans through regular market visits and research in existing markets to drive business growth and profitability.

  • Maintain strong understanding of local market conditions and regulatory requirements across export markets.

  • Coordinate with distributors and the Regulatory Affairs department on product registration, submissions, and approval processes.

  • Monitor and control advertising and promotion (A&P) expenditure within approved budget to ensure cost efficiency and return on investment.

  • Work closely with internal departments including Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of export operations.

Requirement

  • Degree in Marketing and / or Pharmaceutical related education background.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or export business is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical markets and regulatory environments.

  • Good knowledge of product and trademark registration processes in export markets.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
