We are seeking a passionate and driven Programmes Executive to join our Programmes Team. Reporting to the Programmes Manager, the successful candidate will support the coordination and implementation of food assistance and community engagement programmes.
The role involves managing relationships with beneficiary and corporate partners, coordinating campaigns and events, maintaining accurate partner records, supporting programme reporting, and working closely with internal teams, including brand, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery.
The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to creating meaningful impact for communities facing food insecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Beneficiary Partners
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all beneficiary partners
- Conduct regular check-ins or visits to assess partner needs, challenges and compliance with operational standards
- Provide guidance, training or support materials as needed to enhance their effectiveness and alignment with programmes goals
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between the organisation and beneficiary partners for scheduling, logistics and reporting
- Schedule and manage logistics for programmes, including distribution days and volunteer engagements
Oversee Programme Execution
- Act as primary liaison for corporate partners, understanding their goals and aligning them with relevant programme
- Design and implement collaborative campaigns, initiatives or programme flow based on corporate partners’ objectives
- Track fund utilization of corporate partners monetary donation and flag discrepancies
- Provide feedback to corporate partners on the impact of their contributions and ensure transparency in utilisation
Prepare Impact Reports:
- Collect and analyse data from beneficiary partners and internal records to quantify programme outputs and outcomes
- Identify key achievements, gaps and recommendations in each report
- Design reports in a clear and compelling format tailoring for stakeholders such as donors, management and partners
Maintain Beneficiary Partner Database:
- Regularly audit and verify information such as contact details, service capacity, locations and operational status
- Ensure the database is securely stored and easily searchable by relevant team members
- Use the database to inform planning, distribution logistics and partner performance evaluations
Monitor Programme Budgets:
- Collaborate with Finance teams to develop programme specific budgets and forecasts
- Track expenditures against budget allocations, flagging discrepancies or risks of overruns
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining programme quality
- Provide monthly budget reports or updates to senior management for review
Participate in Company Events:
- Represent the organisation at roadshows, exhibitions, or community engagement events.
- Deliver presentations or speak on behalf of the programme, communicating impact and objectives to diverse audiences.
- Network with potential partner, donors or stakeholders to foster future collaborations
- Support event planning or execution when needed, contributing to visibility and outreach goals
