Job Description
Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces
Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date (pricing, images, descriptions, promotions)
Coordinate order fulfilment, inventory availability, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
Proactively monitor platform compliance, store performance, customer reviews, and service level KPIs, and take timely action to address any issues.
Proactively track stock aging, identify slow-moving and near-expiry inventory, and implement effective clearance strategies ahead of expiry.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Own and drive sales performance, revenue targets, and profitability (P&L) for assigned markets or platforms
Plan and execute campaigns, mega sales, and promotional activities (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
Optimize pricing, promotions, bundles, and vouchers to maximize conversion and margin
Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
3. Digital Marketing & Traffic Management
Execute and optimize paid ads (platform ads, search ads, display ads, affiliate programs)
Work with internal or external teams on **content, livestreams
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of proven e-commerce experience.
Analytical and data-driven with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
Passion for pets and the pet care industry is a strong plus
