Job Description

• Manage daily accounting functions for companies.

• Maintain proper reconciliation of all General Ledger accounts and integrity of Financial statements.

• Responsible for proper treatment and compliance with all accounting transactions and policies.

• Perform month-end financial reporting process to ensure accurate reporting to management.

• Dealing with internal and external parties on operational matters, financial requirements, statutory reporting needs, taxation and audit.

• Perform any ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by a superior from time to time.

• Assist in day-to-day import shipment coordination.

Requirement

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Minimum 2 year working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Familiarity with IFCA and Auto-count system may be an advantage.

• Experience in Consolidation of Financial Statement will be an added advantage.

• Experience in E-invoice implementation will be advantage.

• Strong understanding of local accounting standards, Malaysia income tax act, employment law, including MFRS, SST & E-invoice.

• A team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, initiative and result-oriented.

• Good organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
