Responsibilities
Location : Kempas, Johor Bahru.
Internship period : 5-6 months or more
Job Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal platforms, ensuring efficient and professional communication.
Work closely with departments such as warehouse, operations, and transport to facilitate prompt deliveries and address customer issues.
Help in creating and maintaining delivery timetables, tracking updates, and shipping documentation.
Support the accurate documentation of all customer communications and transactions.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor on an as-needed basis.
Job Requirements :
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
