Responsibilities
Location: Shop lot Klang Area
Preparing financial statements, financial reporting and budgeting
Monitoring financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
Monitoring daily accounting, developing and implementing accounting processes and internal control of the organization
Liaising with auditors, company secretary and tax agent to ensure proper compliance with all rules ulations
Ensuring cash flow and projections are appropriate for the organization’s operations
Running HR and administration activities
Running the office and facilities management functions
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
Overseeing the payroll function and ensure that legal requirements are met
Managing employee relations
Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
Supervising and leading team
Perform ad hoc / additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager/Team Lead of Financial & HR Admin operations, or similar role
Working experience from shop office environment is an added advantage
Proficiency in financial software (autocount systems), Payroll software (SQL systems) and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Able to write, speak & read in mandarin is an added advantage
