Work location: Central

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Work with various teams to follow up on collections from corporate clients/customers/Medisave
• Handle the occasional billing and credit notes to external companies
• Perform credit card and counter collection reconciliations
• Monitor weekly cash bank-in
• Monitor and prepare weekly refunds to patients/insurance companies
• Liaise with external clinics and doctors for fee payments, tax invoices and remittance advices
• Process monthly payments to external clinics
• Liaise with auditors where necessary for audit
• Support and assist the Finance Manager

Key Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Accountancy / Accounting / Finance Management / Business Administration
• Min. 2-3 years’ experience as an Accounts Executive handling Accounts Receivable (AR) matters
• Prior experience as an Accounts professional in healthcare industry is preferred but not a must
