岗位职责
1. As head of admin of the company, you are required to manage the company administration job, which includes Human Resources duty, payroll, recruitment for the company, staff leave management, staff Medical Leave management, company staff claim and reimbursement, supporting communication with clients to bridge the language barrier between the company clients and the company staff, etc.
2. You are required to have high language skills in Japanese for supporting company staff to communicate with the company's clients who are Japanese either in Singapore or in Japan.
3. You are required to understand certain level of accounting knowledge to have smooth communication with Japanese clients, since our company's nature of business is Book Keeping and Accounting job.
4. You are required to deal with Japanese clients to listen to and incorporate our clients
5. You are required to assist the company directors for their appointment with clients or booking overseas trip to Japan.
