Responsibilities

Job Summary

You will provide passenger and cargo services to ensure smooth flight operations, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with airline and airport teams.

Responsibilities

Passenger Service:

  • Manage guest departure and arrival gate duties to ensure on-time flights and passenger safety
  • Coordinate boarding and departure processes efficiently with airline and airport teams
  • Prepare and submit closing reports after flight arrivals and departures
  • Handle baggage services and related reporting accurately
  • Address passenger feedback and complaints, coordinating with support teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Respond to passenger email and phone enquiries professionally
  • Pespond to airport traffic operations, provide basic ticketing, reservations, and airline website information to passengers
  • Deliver customer service that ensures passenger satisfaction with airline products and services
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by the Department Manager

Cargo Handling:

  • Support cargo reservations and bookings, processing cargo acceptance, documentation, and release per airline and regulatory standards
  • Respond to cargo agent email and phone enquiries promptly and accurately
  • Maintain accurate cargo records and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
  • Ensure required inbound and outbound shipment documents are uplifted on flights
  • Prepare aircraft load planning and weight & balance calculations to prevent oversize shipments
  • Coordinate cargo service activities among sales, operations, and ground handling teams to ensure efficient shipment handling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics clients
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Department Manager

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to wear company uniform when assigned to front-line duties
