Role Overview
You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executives, managing schedules, coordinating communications, handling documentation, and assisting with day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Scheduling
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external meeting arrangements
- Prioritize and organize daily schedules and commitments
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups
Administrative Management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Manage correspondence including emails and calls
- Support general office administration tasks
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams
- Coordinate with departments for task execution and follow-ups
- Support communication flow across stakeholders
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Ensure alignment of priorities across teams

- Assist in project coordination and tracking
- Support event planning and business arrangements
- Monitor task progress and deadlines
- Help improve administrative processes and efficiency

Requirements

- Familiarity with scheduling tools or project management software is a plus
